Individual Buyers (Residential Property)
Zarcone Associates, PLLC represents buyers through every step of the real estate
purchase process. We review the purchase contract or draft a purchase offer,
depending on our clients’ needs. We examine the property’s title documents to
make sure there are no title defects. We help our clients manage the risks
associated with title-related defects through title insurance. An attorney
attends all closings (paralegals and office assistants help with processing the
files, but you will ALWAYS have a real attorney available at closing) with our
clients and explain the many documents they will be signing in connection with
their purchase and their mortgage.
Individual Sellers (Residential Property)
We review or draft all contracts and guide our clients through every step of the
sale. We begin by updating and compiling all necessary title paperwork
(including abstracts, surveys, mortgage payoff statements and real property tax
searches). Then, we prepare the deed and all other documents necessary to
transfer title (including the seller’s statement of sale, which shows our
client’s expenses and net proceeds from the sale). A real attorney attends all
closings, with or on behalf of our clients. |
